"I saw reviews saying there was no AC. We had no issues. In fact our room was freezing, LOL. We loved it! We wanted a place just to stay the night, we knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel for very long. I was so impressed by the location! It is so close to everything. I had never been to Rhode Island before, but booked a bunch of dinners that were recommended 2 months ago. "Admiral Sims house was so charming and quaint. Our room was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Super high ceilings and natural light. The bed was sooo comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. "This was a lovely location for a family wedding weekend. The house is clean, well set up and welcoming. All our questions were answered quickly and the hosts were very pleasant to work with. The location is in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops and and a short drive to the ocean. We had a great time and hope to visit again. "

"We stayed for one night between visits to Newport and Boston. This is a really cute little town that I am happy to have discovered through an effort to avoid the crazy hotel prices in Newport. It was a nice big space with everything you need. Check in was easy with good instructions. The only issue is that it is on a main street with a lot of traffic (noise). Would have been easily remedied with white noise but my husband doesn't do white noise. :("

"My husband and I were so pleased with this charming place. The first thing I noticed when we opened the door, was a fresh smell and then the charm of the place. Location is a short walk from the aquarium (which we highly recommend), and a short drive to other area things to do. Go and enjoy this place! We will be back for another visit! "
