We had a wonderful time. The location was great- it was an easy drive or walk to coffee and shops near the water. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The cottage was as advertised- very clean and comfortable for our stay. Having two full bathrooms was a huge plus. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jay and Sandy!

Great clean and comfortable place in Bristol RI. Close to many venues we needed to visit for a family wedding. Quiet house on quiet streets. Nice outdoor private patio to enjoy the sunny weather. The hosts were great. Perfect place to stay.

We had a great stay at the cottage. The photos are slightly outdated so was pleasantly surprised to see the property in real life. Everything was very clean and it was extremely kind of the hosts to provide water, coffee, tissues, etc. Would certainly stay again if we returned to Bristol!

Great accommodations for our family of five adults and teens. Very clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and a great living room and breakfast nook. Terrific location within a 30 minute drive of Newport, Providence, and beaches. Bristol is a very quaint historic town. Sandy and Jay are great hosts! We would definitely stay here again!
