My fiancé and I have been looking for a waterfall to get married by and found this place thanks to some awesome instagram networking. So many great spots like this one in the Middleburgh area! This one took the cake, so long as it doesn't rain or if the water isn't too high. Looking for a back up plan just in case.

"This was the perfect cabin for a ski weekend with friends. It comfortably slept four, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby skiing.The outdoor fire pit and fireplace inside were both great to have. As mentioned in the house manual, the indoor fireplace is a bit tricky to get started. "I stayed in the main house, 2nd floor, Queen Deluxe Room included micro, refrig, keurig and had an a/c unit. Very quiet, quaint, old-world charm. It was close to my family that still lives in G.G. and was convenient for what I needed. Would recommend for anyone that needs to compress from the hustle and bustle of life."

"A no-frills hotel which is absolutely wonderful. Our room was large with a comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything was clean which is very important. Upgrades will be done per the front desk. Breakfast is no longer being served but there are plenty of places in neighboring towns for food. There is plenty of parking, vending machines for snacks and amazing sunset views."

"First time to Hobart/Stamford area. Beautiful unspoiled sparsely populated area. Clean comfortable Chalet style home with gorgeous view. A few nice restaurants nearby and the bookstores in Hobart. Hope this area never changes will be back."
