"We loved this house. It’s beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Bedding was soft and towels were plush. The master bathroom has an amazing shower. There was plenty of room for our family to relax while in town for a swim meet. The house is tucked away in a nice neighborhood and the drive to UofA HPER was about 10 minutes. We loved being able to park in the garage. Would 100% book this property again!"

"Beds were comfortable and it was nice it has three king beds. Closets were large as well. Kitchen nice and spacious. Bath/ showers were ok but could use some updating and back yard could use some cleaning up but we weren’t outside much. ."

Included all the little conveniences (coffee, sugar, dishwasher pods, extra blankets, lots of dishes, outlets and usb ports) that are so annoying when they are missing. The location is excellent: it's a very short drive to U of A, but the area is much quieter (all the residents definitely observed the posted quiet hours at night) and there are TWO dedicated parking spots. The one drawback might be if you are a light sleeper as you can hear a train maybe...

"We were there to visit family and trek to Russellville to see the Eclipse. The property is well designed for a family/group - one bedroom with a king/adjoining bathroom, another with a double, a fold out futon and trundle beds also, even the living room sofa was super comfy. Host was very responsive when one in our group wanted to extend an extra night. The entire stay worked out great for a group and reasonable price point. Every trip has different priorities and this place fit the bill for...

"Checking in is easy. Comfy space. It's small, but it's perfect for a short stay. You're in the county but close to Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. The country roads are lovely. Be sure to visit Pastafina (an Italian restaurant right around the corner) when you stay here!"
