"I’ll start with the location. I’m very familiar with Tortola snd BVIs. The west end of the island is the best spot if you want peacefulness and accessibility. It’s very serene and beautiful. Not far from west end ferry, which we utilized frequently. Also in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Our favorite restaurant was 1748. We opted out of renting a car, so Eric who the property management hooked us up with was ours for the week. He was so amazing and drove us anywhere we wanted. Even at 4 am so I could hop on a dive boat for the day. I highly recommend ordering Pinky’s rotis upon arrival. They were amazing; however, I felt they were a little pricey- but delicious.Every morning we had our coffee on patio and then jumped into the ocean for our morning swim. The property itself is perfect for a couple. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but if you prefer it firm- you are in good hands! I highly recommend staying here. I’m so sad to be home, but so happy to have the memories of Apple Bay. "

"Our stay at Limeberry Villa in Tortola’s West End was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by every detail—this place is absolutely incredible. The views are truly jaw-dropping, with sweeping panoramas that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show just for us.The villa itself is immaculately designed. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed, offering both luxury and comfort, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and gathering with our group. But the highlight? The infinity pool. We’ve never experienced anything like it—floating while overlooking the lush hills and sparkling sea was simply unforgettable.Jonathan, the owner, and Jubi were phenomenal hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the lead-up to our trip, and their thoughtful touches made our arrival extra special. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.And the location? Perfect. Smugglers Cove beach is just a short walk or drive away, and it quickly became one of our favorite beaches ever—crystal clear water, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like our own private paradise. Patricia’s Beach Bar serves up the best drinks and food! Try the grouper wrap!We left already dreaming about our next visit. Limeberry Villa is a gem, and we can’t wait to return!"

"Much easier to get to than our first house stay. Road is definitely steep but we weren't able to get 4-wheel, but our Toyota front wheel sedan made it fine. Have to watch for big rocks and navigate. Owner Bruce was extremely helpful with a few minor issues and caretaker Kenroy very helpful. Learned a lot from him and enjoyed our conversations. While the driveway is steep, it is short and very convenient to Zionhill Dr, the main cross-island road on west end. Had a couple memorable dinners on the north side. You have to spend multiple days at Smuggler Beach with their two local beach "cafes". "

"This was our second visit to Casa Caribe Loft since my wife and I visited in 2015 for a week. We loved it then and loved it again in 2025. Even better since AC was added. We were met by Pinky upon arrival and visited twice during the week by Louise for cleaning and to see if we needed anything. We were part of a party of 16 who all stayed at different places in close proximity. We believe the Loft was the best of all the accommodations in the vicinity. The loft was clean, comfortable and relaxing. One of the best parts is the bench swing on the deck feet from the ocean which we spent hours enjoying. I had forgotten about the safe which gave me an added level of security. BTW, my brother told me he is going to book the loft first next time. Frank & Jan"

"The property was as beautiful as it was listed. We stayed for a little over a week and were completely satisfied with the property and staff the whole time. A special callout to the The Villas of Tortola's team who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready for our stay. The spacing of the bedrooms was great for an adult group who wants to share a common space, but would like their individual spaces. All of the amenities between the pool, bathrooms, kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The staff came in and cleaned the spaces mid-week which was a welcome refresh. I would highly recommend the property and team for a stay on Tortola."

"we absolutely loved staying in this home. the views were incredible in every direction. the beds and couches were very comfortable. we would rent again in a heartbeat! Cant wait to come back! also, the house is immaculately clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies to cook at home. we walked to smugglers cove and its just a 5 min. drive to the west end marina. it was altogether an amazing vacation in an incredible home! thank you for having us!
