"We stay in Duluth multiple times a year. We have found the hotel prices increase while the cleanliness decreases. This hotel is amazing. Big, rooms, nice bedding, fabulous breakfast and a very clean, well kept pool area. This has been my favorite hotel to date and very reasonably priced!"
