"Property was as shown. Older property however, well kept, clean and right on the beach. We stayed in a studio, oceanfront. Plenty enough room for 2 adults. "

Including a kitchen with all necessary kitchen gadgets to cook if you wanted to stay in. The pool area is very nice with really pretty lights at nights around the property. Front desk was very friendly. We would definitely come back. "

"Very nice place. Was here during the Ft Lauderdale Airshow which we didn’t know about until we got here. The Thunderbirds practiced and flew right by our building. Everything was fantastic except the shower water was too hot. We called front desk but the fix didn’t work. "

"Iguanas poop around pool could have been checked and cleaned more often. Not a big deal though. Staff was so friendly efficient and professional Cinnamon and the handsome slender guy in the office were extremely helpful. My biggest issue with Silver Seas is that it’s only available 1 of every 5 times a year I go to Ft Lauderdale. Good for you!!!"

"This property is in a great location! We could walk to the beach where there are many restaurants. There is also a state park within walking distance. The porch looks out to the draw bridge which was fun to watch it go up for yachts to pass through. Jose was very easy to communicate with and informative. I would recommend staying here!"

"This is a fantastic 1-bedroom suite in a full service resort hotel. Being on the top floor, it truly is a penthouse unit with an expansive view of the ocean and the canals. We enjoyed both of the pools (one rocking, one quieter) and the gym, and also checked out the included private beach chairs. Being able to choose from onsite restaurants as well as walking to other nearby restaurants is nice too. While ours was a short stay, I think there would be plenty to do for a long weekend or even a...

"To start, it is a high rise building and we needed to park at the building free, the hosted promised in writing that we could park at the building, free. So we rented it for 35 days When we arrived we were told by the host that we needed to park a quarter of mile away from the building. We were charged each night for parking. The unit did not have a balcony but the pictures, looked like a balcony. It was only open the door and there was a railing. The kitchen only had a small refrigerator, no...

"Dated but very clean units its a full 1 bed 1 bath condo really and full kitchen with new appliances and everything you need also fully furnished kitchen toaster coffee maker pots pans etc. Woth the money and just a 4 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. In the way to the beach or in tour way back plenty of little restaurants uce cream shops mini food marts etc. Also FREE parking.."

"If you like low-touch and being left alone, this low-staff model works well. No front desk, no daily service, just a nice, clean, modern property with a lovely little studio room. If you need a concierge, bellman, and room service, this ain’t the place. If you’re self-sufficient and value peace and privacy, this is your spot."
