"Quando siamo arrivati al cottage verso le 18.00 non si è presentato nessuno per darchi la chiave. Abbiamo chiesto ad una vicina che ha cercato si aiutarci. Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. Ore che volevamo trascorrere a York e che abbiamo perso girando da una casa all'altra in cerca di aiuto. Roberta"

"Communication was lacking on this booking. I didn’t receive an email beforehand with details of how to obtain key to the property, after reaching out i did get it just in time for our arrival. The cottage was plenty big enough for 4 of us but we found that the cleanliness was not up to our standards. Plenty of dust on all skirting boards behind beds etc, the sofas were really uncomfortable & sagging & there was not enough hot water for us all to have a shower in the mornings, let alone a...

"I loved everything about the apartment and will definitely stay again. The wifi was very good, bathroom and kitchen clean, bed extremely comfortable and tv is good too. As a young female staying alone, it was a bit scary walking near the apartment at night because of drunks and other undesirables :( "

"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well. All in all a brilliant...
