"The lobby was not open when I got there at 2:45. I rang the bell as the instructions told me too. I rang it four or five times. Then I had to find the phone number and call the hotel so that someone could let me in to check in. The pet policy says no dogs over 40 pounds. Luckily my dog was not that big.
