Only a couple of comments: this high tech house was a little over the head of my crew and a guidebook to show us how to use all those remotes would have been most welcome. And one of my folks was looking for a can opener… We had a lovely time and the next convention we have in Rochester I will book here again without hesitation! "

"It was an incredibly comfortable and clean house with many extras to make you feel at home. 5 stars in everything the owner can control. I would say 4 stars for location just because the road behind the house. It probably doesn't bother many people but we are light sleepers. Still got plenty of sleep in the very comfortable beds but would hear cars more often than we would like. With that said, we would still consider staying here again."
