"The house is very cute, clean and modern. I say it will surprise you, as the neighborhood is an old one, and there are many closed down places around it. There are only 2 cons to this property. The first of which is that the grass was not mowed and quite grown over. The second is that there is no wi-fi, which should be standard. The smart TV was only decoration because there was nothing we could do without internet. There also were no batteries in the remote, but I didn't feel like I should have...
