"I booked it for my family coming into town for a funeral and they absolutely loved the house. The keypad is a little hard to use for check in but other than that everything was perfect. Thank you "

"The house is very cute, clean and modern. I say it will surprise you, as the neighborhood is an old one, and there are many closed down places around it. There are only 2 cons to this property. The first of which is that the grass was not mowed and quite grown over. The second is that there is no wi-fi, which should be standard. The smart TV was only decoration because there was nothing we could do without internet. There also were no batteries in the remote, but I didn't feel like I should have...

"It was isolated, quiet, lots of wildlife sounds from the patio. Great place to go recharge. We had 5 teenagers with us and had plenty of room. Great table for games. It had changed from the description, we were going to have the boys stay on the living room during, that was advertised. However only one in the house was upstairs in the girls room. We were a lil disappointed in that, but made due.The couches were really comfy to sit on, but not to sleep on because they have the individual seating....

Safety concerns are driven by the state of the electrical wiring. There are multiple instances of exposed live wiring cables in violation of National Electric Code (NEC).
