"Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "A beautiful location. We stayed in the Hilton when we were in Stockholm and this was easily as beautiful as that place. Easley had as good a breakfast as that place. It was a huge beautiful spread. The room was actually bigger than our Stockholm Hilton. It was convenient and easy. Everything was close by. The only real issue is parking. If you do drive that's going to get you. We were there in off-season so on the other side of the terminal we found parking that you could do for overnight. Just...

"The service and staff were excellent. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The beds and mattresses were comfortable and the area quiet. So a good nights sleep was had. "
