"This motel is the epitome of "gets the job done". The price is fair. My room was small but had everything you'd expect from a place of this standard. It was clean upon entering. I appreciate the fact that everything worked, and worked well at that. The shower was hot, A/C ice cold, fridge and freezer got everything cool in no time, bed was comfortable. I didn't even try to turn on the TV but I'm sure it worked.. owners seemed nice. Id stay here for another night again"

From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. "The motel was on the top of a mountain. The outside of the motel is still being redone. The room we got was nicely redone with brand new carpet, new bathroom tile flooring and cabinets. The shower worked well. The TV worked well. It did not offer in room coffee or wifi. But it had a refrigerator and a microwave. The hollywood casino was right across the hotel but far awry for any noise bothering from there. In the end we had a good time. "

"Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. I am grateful that Expedia found us a room that met my needs! The hotel we stayed at for the previous 30 years was knocked down to make a parking lot for the New Castle...

"14 of us stayed here for a secluded bachelorette weekend in nature and it was truly a dream come true. The home is beautiful and comfortable for a large group, it didn’t even matter that it rained the entire time! We even canceled some of our day plans to stay and enjoy the house.
