"Hotel is still under renovation, so we let some things slide, but elevator carpet was dirty, and the exterior doors wouldn't unlock, which created some inconvenience to get to where our room was located. The exterior of the hotel really needs some TLC... The updated landscaping was VERY nice, but there was literally a pile of landscaping stones dumped in the parking lot near the parking lot entrance which needs to be cleaned up. Someone get on the ball and please clean that up - it makes it look uncared for and unappealing.
On the plus side, the majority of the renovations were a nice touch, although the new dark blue hallway color with the LED lights looks kind if dreadful to be TBH... The staff was extremely nice and friendly, as was the cleaning staff the next morning. If they can get someone to clean up the rear entrances, it would make the whole package a lot more appealing!"
