"The shower holders run down and came off. Unable to adjust shower height. A visitors dog was barking the entire time! So many dogs I felt it was a kennel. Had to pay for tap water during dinner. The hotel has been around for many years - still in good condition but time for renovations. Clearer signs of off limit areas for children.!!! Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff."

At 8:30am in the morning you will hear the church bell (two strikes to announce the half hour) as it is custom in many of the mid-town hotels in Austria. "It is a fantastic hotel with extremely pleasent stuff. There were some minor things to complain - like there is no kettle in the apartment to make tee or coffee. "Overall the hotel was very nice with great customer service. However, the hotel is geared to families even tonan extent of it being a negative. Kids were sitting at the the hotel bar, all night and the kids play area was open early in the morning and late at night making sleeping comfortably nearly impossible. The bed was not great and pillows terrible. Secondly, the hotel didn't take any additional precautions to limit covid conditions, people were coughing with no masks ok the restaurant area...
