"This basement apartment is basic but functional. The apartment is located on a very busy four lane road. It rained really hard my first night and a little water was bubbling up from the floor tiles the next morning. I told my host about the water issue that morning and he resolved it by the time I returned that night. The apartment was bone dry upon my return."
