"Very clean, very nice location. I booked the Adams cottage for 1 night. I attended a conference at the Garland Resort on May 9 & 10. I paid $140 plus tax for a total of $159.29. Terms and conditions said there could be additional fees for missing items, extra than normal cleaning, pets, etc. I was there one night, used one face cloth and one towel. I didn't use the stove or grill. I placed my trash and 2 recycle bottles in the containers on the porch when I left. I was charged another $111.32...

"Arrived at the property in the wee hours of the morning. Almost pitch black, I couldn’t find the lockbox. Thinking that the box was on the outside of the house, walked around for a hood twenty minutes before realizing that the box might be inside the house. That was keystone cop moment. "Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The weather was fantastic and we certainly took full advantage. We brought along our own kayaks and explored just about every square foot of the lake. The cabin was very clean and exactly as advertised. The staff was very helpful and accomidating to all our needs. We are definitely coming back next year."
