"I liked the reception I received upon arrival at the property. I was not feeling well and arrived early but the gentlemen checking me in was so caring and allowed me to check in without extra charge. I was skeptical while booking online because I knew this was an older property but wow I was very surprised and happy at the freshness of the air in the room, decor and absolute cleanliness and mattress comfort. The room was spacious and we had partial view of the beach and our room was next to Waffle House and Treasure Bay Casino. There is a well lit parking lot and lots of parking spaces. The staff was sooo caring and accommodating wanting to ensure the best experience for the hotel guest.. The commode was not too low and water pressure was nice upon flushing and taking a shower. Great TV reception and channel line up. I was only there for one night so I did not use pool or attempt to eat breakfast. The fridge was a nice size and good temp. I will definitely stay there again when I need hotel accomodations in that area and save $100 a night! "

"very clean, and the customer service was good too. the only thing was, the non-smoking room was in between 2 smoking rooms. i think the non-smoking rooms should be farther away from the smoking section as you can still smell it "

Mike and the other young man made sure we were made to feel right at home and reassured us if anything was needed to not hesitate to let them know. This was our first visit to Biloxi and have already decided that this will be our home away from home on our next visit. "
