"Modeen was very kind and responsive throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the property itself could use some attention. It wasn’t as clean as expected, and it was missing a few basic amenities like coffee cups, curtains in all bedrooms, and hand towels. The neighborhood also felt a bit rundown, which might not suit everyone, although the proximity to the light rail was a big plus.. "The house exceeded our expectations! The host was great, huge backyard, very comfortable and lots of extra amenities. Free street parking and we had no issues finding a spot. We parked our car and took a bus into the NYC. The host even left snacks for us, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "Was not able to find parking to bring things in. 2 of the rooms were together. So you couldn’t get in one room without going through the other. And the code to enter the room from the outside was not working. Other than that the house was pretty clean. "
