"Loved our stay at this property. Very friendly staff. The apartment was actually bigger than I expected. It was quiet and only a 1 block walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again!"

"I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything."

"Great efficiency apartment in a six-unit building. It is steps from the beach, boardwalk and town center. Four steps up from the ground level to enter the property. The murphy bed is comfortable! Cute kitchenette, we didn't use it because we were surrounded by restaurants."

"A very nice, clean and relatively modern studio that was as advertised. Location is not too bad, fairly close to the beach, but away from most craziness. The beach that is within walking distance was very crowded, but thats to be expected on Memorial Day weekend. Overall I would recommend this place and would book it again"

"The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay."

"The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay."

"Great location to sample the different cafes and restaurants of Lewes, or simply walk the streets and admire the beautiful architecture. Also worked well for two days of telework, with a great office alcove with desk and the dining table in a separate room for a second teleworker. So much space in the apartment and close to everything. Easy and free street parking in April (I understand that changes to metered street parking in the summer)."

"First, I was contacted by the manager asking for the payment to be made cash or money order or I would have to pay a $40 for paying with a credit card. Second, the distribution of the property is incorrect, it says it sleeps 17, it might sleep 10comfortably. Third, the bathroom door in the front of the apartment needs a new handle, when u go in u get stuck and u will need someone to open it for u from the outside. Forth, the apartment was not clean, I belive they do not change the bedding...

"We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again...

"This place was perfect for us. We were coming for a quick getaway and this place was extremely clean, no weird smells, and looks like the pictures. Two things I want to mention that could help with booking is the campground does rent out bikes and I think kayaks which would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Also we couldn’t find towels which was a first for me in a bnb. Not a big deal for us because we wanted new ones for home anyway. Thanks for a great weekend and we will definitely be...
