This gracious home sits on over two acres of fenced in private rolling grounds accented by stone walls, brick walkways, glorious gardens, and a delightful gazebo awaiting you with a "book in hand" and a pot of tea or your favorite glass of wine.

It’s graced with the original pine floors, has an eat-in kitchen with soapstone countertops as well as a formal dining room that can accommodate 8 guests for dinner.

Recently installed is a brand new generator in the event the power goes out from a storm. Also pretty new is the air conditioning (split system) on the second floor with central a/c on the first floor. The spacious living room has comfortable furniture, custom built -ins, a baby grand piano to "tickle the ivories" and French doors leading into a bright four season sunroom with ample wicker furniture, a 60” flat screen TV and dining for 8. The sunroom door leads to a deck with additional dining for 3, and with stairs leading down into one of the fenced in yards for your dog. The owner will consider a small (up to 20 lbs.) non-shedding dog with a $150 pet fee.

There is an additional deck off of the kitchen with a table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee under a pergola that is beautifully embellished with hanging and potted flowering plants.
