We loved it! Very great location close enough yet far enough away . We saw two baby fawns in the back yard. Great owners! Definitely recommend!

When Dave and I first got there, it seemed so big. The following day my son and his wife and my grandson arrived. The home came alive and they loved it. My son use to have a home just like it. Cornish is so close and we went back and forth for dinner and my grandson made a donut run Sunday morning at Dunking Donuts. It was close to our family reunion so it worked well for us. They especially loved the room air conditioners. It was pretty hot outside but the home stayed cool even before they turned them on. Thank you!

We had a great 4 day stay. Only concern is the driveway is difficult to see since it is hidden and unpaved. I would recommend maybe reflectors at the bottom of the drive to make it easier to find.

This is a wonderful place to stay especially if you have a large family and are on a budget. It has absolutely everything you need. Bernadette and Gerald are fantastic and even provided an iron and ironing board since we'd be attending a wedding. Communication was excellent. We hope to visit the area again and stay at the farm house. It feels like home!

Lovely older home that still has the charm of yesteryear but has the updates to keep guests comfortable. It was bigger than we expected and were delighted to find lots of air~conditioners available throughout the house. {It was super hot when we visited} Spotless and clean right down to the decorative antiques. Outside is rustic but a New England country kind of way. Inside has been kept up perfectly.

The Orchard Hill Farm was ideal for our adult family's getaway. We found great hiking trails close-by and the coast was less than an hour away.
The house was well supplied with games, puzzles, linens, etc., which we enjoyed. There was plenty of room to accommodate our group of 7 comfortably.
The non-traditional kitchen had more dishes & utensils than we needed. All appliances were clean and worked well.
The grounds would have been beautiful in their day, now somewhat overgrown, yet lovely and peaceful.
Buildings could use exterior maintenance, but that didn't bother us.
Owners were quick to answer questions and good to work with. Thanks for hosting us!

Someone clearly cares very much about their beautifully kept historic home. From fresh flowers to fresh towels and everything in between. A.C. installed in every room, 5 private rooms/bedrooms, a cute little kitchen and dining area. We loved our stay!

The farmhouse is very unique. We've never stayed in a house this old so it was really cool to see how things were built. It's age means it has lots of character but all of it adds to the house's charm. The area is quiet and so dark that you have an amazing view of the stars!
The AC worked very well and we also used the gas fire/stove one night when it was chilly. The accommodations are comfortable. Bernadette and Gerry were gracious hosts that made sure we had everything we needed.
