"Very spacious clean old house apartments"

"Very comfortable for our family. Well stocked with all the necessities and then some. Thank you!"

"Wonderful hosts. You can see the love in all the little details. The property was beautiful. Lovely nature trails and a lake with paddle boat to use. We enjoyed the game room too. We hope to return in the future."

"The property was clean, easy to access, the property owner was easy to talk to and amazing. Loved staying there and will be staying again next year for the same bike race."

"This property is the perfect get-away. Quite relaxing. The beds are super comfy the outside sitting area is quiet and relaxing. The interior is fully furnished very nice quality everything. And you are within 10 minutes of shopping and tons of restaurants. I hated to leave.Hope I can return."

"Wonderful place to stay!"

"The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...

"Great location in the middle of where we were.going and easy to get to."

"Went great"

"Good location. Parking garage is underground. You have to back out of it. The mattress needs to be replaced. The sheets need to be replaced with cotton. The lamps in the bedroom didn’t work. We couldn’t adjust the radiators, and it was too warm. They repainted the tile in the bathroom, and it looked like a child had done it. "

"First, the goat was awesome. They reached out to us giving us instructions for entering the property and made sure we knew he was always available to answer questions. They made communicating very easy. The property is clean, well appointed, and conveniently located. Plenty of hot water, beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels. We will definitely stay there again."

"It was a wonderful conversion, how ever they have an extra large chair on the property and people just kept walking up, interrupting conversion on the deck attached. There is also ZERO SHADE on the deck. Hard to enjoy with heat and people constantly park right next to the place you're paying high$$$$ and zero privacy. The bed was so bad I slept in my vehicle!! Definitely upgrades and attention to detail lacking. Thumbs down 150%!!!! Will not revisit!"

"Great place. Great location."

"Lovely place, great location. The floors are very creeky, so if you need a lot of quiet during the night be prepared. "

"Adorable property in the heart of downtown St. Charles! We Will definitely be back!"

"Overall very good. location very good.Safe neighborhood and price very good . Would stay there again but:Utensils not cleanTV in bedroom didn’t work and couldn’t get a response when we reported it.Very low hot water pressure.Floors could have been cleaner.Code getting in at the beginning was complicated with too many numbers at the main entrance but host responded and helped.Parking garage a real plus but very tightThese taken care of , would be 5 stars."

"I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....
