"Nikki in the breakfast area was great. She is the only person whose name I know, but every single staff member I encountered was amazing. I was worried initially bc I had seen some sketchy reviews. But staff was great. Food was good at breakfast. Pool was excellent. The design and style? It’s definitely old. But we loved it there and would definitely return! Just FYI ALSO,my family did do a day trip to splash lagoon and had a MUCH better time at the hotel pool than the waterpark. "
