"A lovely house, very clean and tidy with a modern interior. The garden shown in the picture is smaller than it looks as you only rent the back half of the house but there is a great outdoor decking space for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Sven was very helpful showing us around the house when we arrived. We were lucky with a week of hot weather so the local lake beach and outdoor pool were perfect."

"The house was spotless and well appointed. Location is halfway between Rinteln and Hameln which suited us just fine. Lovely and quiet and a great view from the terrace. My only negative point is that rubbish and recycling was hard to understand and there did not appear to be enough bins to separate everything out. Anyway we separated out as best as we could after locating more black bin bags. Overall a great stay."

"Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche über Silvester in Höxter und haben dort eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Bei der Ankunft haben wir ein perfekt eingerichtetes, sauberes und gemütliches Haus vorgefunden. Check-In und Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch ist das Zentrum fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert."

It has everything you need and the owner is friendly and respons quick if you have questions. The location is also great. In a few minutes you’re in the center with all shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is not very special but ok. From the balcony you see the trains passing by. We would really recommend this place if you want to visit Hannover!"
