"This house is spacious and clean and really comfortable. Olessa (the host), who lives next door, is extremely responsive and kind. The one thing that we did not realize is how far the house is from Salzburg, and what a quiet town it is. I would not recommend staying here if you are there to explore Salzburg and do not have a car, as it is impossible to get Ubers to pick you up and the walk to the train station is longer than expected and not very pleasant (on busy roads)."

"We loved staying at this property. It was close to many attractions. The town was peaceful and regular walks to downtown bayrisch gmain was very enjoyable. The location is great for a peaceful relaxing vacation. The house is a good size with two showers and two toilets. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. House was setup very nice and clean. "Spent Christmas here with the family. Location was perfect as we were less than 2 hours from Munich, Linz, Hallstatt and Salzburg was 39 minutes away. Perfect size apartment with all appropriate amenities. Sleep 5 very comfortably. Berchtesgaden is a great town. Views amazing!!"

"This property is really rented through Belvilla. When I sent them questions, they said they would contact owner and then I never heard back with an answer. Also I emailed owner as instructed that I would arrive at 4 to check in and she responded ok, but there was nobody there. I finally found a neighbor that called owner and she told him where to find the keys. We never saw owner or got answers that we needed. Place was as advertised. The appearance was a bit tired looking."
