The staff were fantastic at sorting out the rooms and the following mornings breakfast arrangements. The rooms were clean and everything was there that should’ve been. The only pair of annoying things that were missing was: 1) coffee & tea making facilities in each room; 2) Air conditioning. First we were told things will be fixed the next day and next day morning we were told that it will not be and will be provided a 10 euro refund. Rude and unacceptable behaviour from the staff as well. Very unpleasant stay"
