"This is a nice hotel with very helpful staff. There were little oupsies but all sorted. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere - lots of marble and a grand entrance. I was a bit put down with the bright red windows (red blinds and sunshine) of the breakfast pub, but that's just me wanting natural light in the morning. My only criticisms are that the pillows were so soft they affected both mine and my husband's sleep, and that there was no way to stop the maid coming in. We'd rather not have had the maid come in daily. Other than that the room was very good, location ideal and the staff were friendly and helpful. "
