"No complains at all. Most important it was clean. Rooms are nice and kept clean. Bed comfortable and shower and restroom are nice. I stayed 9 days and would rebook for a next trip without a doubt. 30 seconds from major metro station and buses and sits right at the edge of one of the main shopping streets in Berlin. Plenty of restaurants when you step out of the hotel. Great value. Room size decent for 2 people."

"La chambre etait propre, le petit dejeuner excellent. Je recommande hautement le SPA, surtout les massages pour ceux qui recherchent notamment un massage a haute intensite. Concernant le personnel, service bon dans l'ensemble, mais une partie du personnel n'etait pas tres enclin a parler allemand, ou ne maitrise pas l'allemand suffisament. Au niveau restaurant, j'ai ete decu de ne pas pouvoir acceder le Vox qui etait ferme."

"Amazing hotel in the Jr Suite. The AC was a little warm compared to other friends staying as well. Check in was great. I am not a fan of AI as the concierge/front desk. I don’t want to WhatsApp or text someone for something when I’m in the room and just want to call the front desk. Otherwise amazing hotel and amazing location."
