"Best hotel I’ve stayed at! Gorgeous, clean, old architecture on the outside but completely modern on the inside. Our two rooms included everything in the minibar free! And there was a clothes washer in the room! The shower was unbelievably wonderful and the a/c worked great (which was a plus because it was an extremely hot day). The staff were super friendly and helpful (took bags to room, put us in taxis, etc). The bar/restaurant is super fancy looking so we finished the night with a bourbon nightcap in there. "

"An overnight stop with a four night stop to follow. Great position. No stairs at entrance. Lift availability to room as well as stairs. Reception area was busy with people checking in but flowed well and the reception staff were friendly and helpful."

"Clean and quiet hotel in a convenient location (2 min for subway station). Impressed with the bed condition. Friendly and kind staff. The restaurant on the ground floor served us excellent food. Highly recommended. The only problem was that WiFi got busy during high time (evening) and did not function frequently. It would have been a nightmare if I had had some work to do during the stay. I pointed this out when we left the hotel. I hope they fixed the problem. We could not use the oven in the room as the instruction was written in German. "
