"What a fantastic treehouse surprise! Absolutely beautiful and truly in the forest but steps away from a lovely sauna and hot tub, and the nicest host even has four laying hens! The route we took included some 1-2km twisty dirt road and felt like a real adventure. We stayed here for a romantic birthday two night stay while taking an excellent blacksmithing course at nearby Vans Blacksmithing in Hawkesbury, and stayed another day for open forge time. "This place is beautiful to say the least. All of the comforts & amenities of home, with attention to extras for families with small children. Everything you can possibly need, is provided, except I would have liked to see hand towels for the washrooms (I went into town & bought some). The owners are very quick & responsive to any questions & concerns, as well as extremely friendly.
