"Lovely place to stay in the heart of the square, stayed here before easy but efficient check in, we had a courtyard room 27 prefer this to hotel as I’m not good with stairs, it was very quiet lovely queen bed & bathroom contain a separate bath & shower nice decorated, we had an evening meal in the dining room which you need to book in advance with relatives the food was delicious. The breakfast service next morning was delivered by Chris & (sorry forgot their name), what a team they were brilliant they pandered to our ever need nothing too much trouble they were friendly too. "

"I had an excellent stay at The Northallerton Inn. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was warmly welcomed by the staff. The entire property was spotlessly clean and the upgraded room was huge with a very comfortable bed and a pristine bathroom. Parking was easy at the rear of the hotel. The overall experience great. I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others."

"Very quirky pub with a fantastic horse theme. The rooms were fabulous and very comfortable. They had thought of everything in the rooms and also had Dolce Gusto coffee. Then curly wurly was a great idea instead of biscuits in the room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Cannot fault the service we received at the bar or in the restaurant and the food was amazing. "

"Fabulous recent 2 nights stay at the Black Swan Inn . Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and very efficient . Our room was a lovely large space and a very big king sized bed which was extremely comfortable . We will definitely return . "

"We only stayed for one night but would definitely stay here again. Room and bathroom were clean. Fresh towels, tea, coffee supplied in the room. Breakfast included in the morning was beautiful and had plenty to choose from. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. Wasn't too noisy as situated just off the main square so got a good nights sleep. Close to all the shops, pubs and restaurants."
