"Great location giving access to the Eastern Berlin plus not far from multiple modes of public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful with queries we had. Our room was pleasant and had all the facilities we would expect. However, the room was not the cleanest and even with daily visits from the housekeeper this was closer to a turndown service instead of a clean. We didn't use any of the additional facilities and avoided the restaurant/bar as they were not competitively priced but I understand people may want this for connivence."
