"We went las lt week to Wengen and stayed in Braunbär Hotel!! We just loved everything there we are a family of 3 and is the perfect hotel for families!! Breakfast are amazing they were included and the amenities are just so Great designed!! Also Great location and you can schedule the pick up and drop off is free service!! The spa is amazing and the pool is warm and nice for families after a long day walking around!! The rooms were super comfortable and big and our room had balcony!! Is also Close to the malinchen gondola station just in front ahhh and the staff so helpful the answer all my questions special SARAH in the front desk area she is amazing and Beyond!!!!!!!! Another plus it has a little playground for young kids where you can go and play with them and relax with a coffee in the meantime!! We will come back is just so great there!! Thanks a lot "

"This hotel is located just steps from the train station AND the main shopping street that includes the handy Coop. My single attic room had the most amazing view of the mountains and Lauterbrunnen valley. There was even a skylight over the bed where I could view the stars. The area is also much quieter and less congested than the valley. "

"The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. They gave us some recommendations to see around the area. The hotel was always clean and our rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The Mountain View’s from the hotel were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!! "

"My daughter and I arrived at this beautiful hotel in the Alps, and we were greeted by the super friendly concierge Meriem with the news they had upgraded us! The hotel was incredibly beautiful as well as our beautiful room , we the amazing breakfast provided by the hotel, and all the extra features we took advantage of during our stay. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit!"

"Amazing property with unmatched views of the Lauterbrunnen valley and surrounding mountains. Rooms were updated, spotless and roomy. Sauna and hot tub were a great way to end a day of hiking, biking or exploring- but what stands out for us most was the amazing staff at this property! Sonja was extraordinary and saw to our every need whether we requested assistance or not, as were the rest of the team. The restaurant served dinners that were as good as any we had on our two week trip (thank you Daniel). Without a doubt, our favorite property we stayed in during our 3-country journey. If we get back to Wengen again, there will only be one hotel that we will consider- The Maya Caprice!"

"This was our favourite hotel so far in our 2 week trip from London to Paris to Switzerland. Nothing bad to say. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very very friendly and accomodating including at the breakfast which was one of the best we've had any any hotel. For us, the location was great for views over Lauterbrunnen, short travel to Interlaken and Eine Sheidegg."
