"This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."

"Loved everything about this place, from the large, private yard to the pool table. Accommodations felt spacious and I appreciated that the kitchen nook had a full-sized fridge and sink. Met the property owners and they were very friendly and helped with anything I needed during my stay. Would definitely book again. Also, the bed was super comfy which is important to me when booking VRBOs."

"This property is very cute, and well-maintained. Close to everything, easy check-in and check-out process. Fast communication from property owners. The only drawbacks for us were that the kitchen wasn't as well-stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils as we'd hoped, and the noise coming from the other renters in the building was loud, especially when in the bedroom area."

"The property is small as advertised but fit my daughter and I just fine. It was a great location for the NCAAW games we were there for and everything we did over the 3 days was easily walkable and rideable with the Cardinal bikes. The only downside is thin walls between units but thankfully it neighbors must've been gone the first 2 nights as we only heard them or last night."

"We stayed for a lacrosse tournament in the area. It was a perfect location for us and only 15 min to downtown where there is a plethora of good restaurants. Anne-Marie was very welcoming and the property is peaceful and quaint with lots of birds. Everything we needed and many extras. Anne-Marie was even so kind to share some clippings from her plants and packed them so they would make the trip back home. Much better experience than any hotel room. "This property was practically brand new! What nice workmanship in the construction of this lower level apartment. The private entrance was secluded with wonderful seating for a quiet swing in the shade to unwind from a busy day. We enjoyed the peaceful apartment after our busy days."
