"The picture advertised was not what was offered. The cleanliness was shocking, stains on duvets, towels, bed sheets and pillows - think bad and disgusting and you aren’t even close. Had 3 nights booked, left on day one. Poor health and safety with cables trailing across floors, screws in the carpet and a lighter found under a bed (I was with 4 kids, shocking). Now. The park itself is nice and the properties there independently owned and operated - some looked lovely, we just got a poor...

"We've just come back from a wonderful week in Devon. Owl Lodge is just fantastic and equipt with everything you need. It has comfy beds, excellent showers and baths and the surroundings are just stunning. There was lots for the children to do and Annette and Barry are just lovely hosts. We all had the most enjoyable time and the sun shone on us!"

"The property itself was great, very clean and tidy. Only comments would be that it lacks a few things i would normally expect to find in a short term holiday let viz. Info pack to include things like wifi details explanation of TV. Only one toilet roll for 2 wc's. Only 1 loo brush for 2 wc's. Just minor details which if attended to would make it perfect."
