"We were given an unlockable room and the only access to this room was through another bedroom that was in use. This was not safe in our opinion. We had our 2 teenage daughters with us and their beds were mattresses on the floor. There was no hot tub. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were not clean. We did not stay there even after paying over £500 and the hosts were rude to us over WhatsApp messages when we said we wouldn’t be staying there. "

"The host, Rebeca, does a great job of keeping the premises clean. The host lives on site, and there are two other rental rooms present, all on the second floor with one shared bathroom for the floor. This location was close to the tube so we had easy access to London!"

"The place is located in a very peaceful and quite neighborhood. The property itself is very serene, cozy with comfy vibes all around. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and the host had set out a clean set of towels along with a set of cool mini-toiletries on the bed. My room felt like it could have totally been my own personalized bedroom. The accessibility to Wembley stadium is great with multiple transport options. "We could not stay as site as not available for two years yet was still being advertised on vrbo. Vrbo provided no apology for advertising and taking payment for a property that was not available. There was no communication or efforrt to rebook an altetnative. Awful."
