"A superb stay, very smart hotel. Incredibly convenient for me and my work. A pity about the loud guests next door (had to bang on the wall a few times to shut them up at 11pm) - not the fault of the hotel but desperately frustrating. Otherwise clean with good amenities. Housekeeping switched over the slightly smelly towels in my room (again I suspect a one-off). Would definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall product.
