"Hotel in a good location for city centre and public transport links - both trams and main train station. Hotel was very modern and spotless clean. We had a family room and it was comfortable and ideal for families. Breakfast had a wide selection and staff/ service was excellent. Highly recommend."

"Great stay! Hôtel was clean and staff were helpful. They were doing construction but there was no impact on stay. Laundry service available but it is 24 hour so no self service. Good location for exploring the town"

"Great hotel right across the street from Basel SBB train station. Shower wasn't draining but the staff responded quickly and rectified the situation. Would stay here again if I ever come back to Basel, Switzerland."
