"We enjoyed our week-long stay here! The apartment is clean and well-laid-out for a family; we loved having a kitchen so we didn't need to eat out every meal. The location is great as it's relatively peaceful but close to the center of Linz. I only wish there were a bathtub for the kids and either a broom or vacuum to help tidy up during our stay! Otherwise there was everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again on a trip back to Linz."

Die Tipps rund um Steyr waren viel Wert und aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage (man kann alles zu Fuss unternehmen), ist es für Menschen welche Cafés, gutes Essen in einer schönen Kulisse mögen der perfekte Aussichtspunkt. "Die Lage der "Residenz" wird nicht korrekt angegeben. Zwischen Strasse und Bahnlinie hat man morgens ab 5:30 mit starkem Berufsverkehr zu tun und hinter dem Haus verläuft sehr nah eine Bahnlinie, auf der durchschnittlich alle ½ Stunde ein Nahverkehrszug fährt. Beides ist trotz Lärmschutzfenster deutlich zu hören und kann einem schon den Schlaf rauben. Die Inneneinrichtung ist stark ausbaufähig und bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen müsse 2 auf Feldbetten schlafen, was nicht sehr bequem ist. Auch...

"The apartment is bright, open and airy with an amazing view of the lake - the wrap around balcony gives plenty of options being outdoors too. It’s very well appointed and dealing with the owner was easy and always timely - and our initial difficulty with check in (which was not with the owner) was very quickly attended to by the owner once contacted.
