Everything with the house was great. They had plenty of items there that we did not have to provide ourselves which was a blessing. I only wish we would have utilized the rest of the property more while we were there, but we were out and about so much we didn't have time. Overall, very pleased.

This property was just as described. Clean, comfortable, and a great neighborhood. Suzanne was excellent were were completely prepared. I have to say its the most comfortable be we have slept in and we have stayed in several places this year. We had accurate information for dining what beaches to do go ect. Enjoyed my Beach Dreams
Suzzane has a nice cottage, kept well, and nearby to the best area beaches and dining. We had nearly everything we needed when we arrived, and it was clean and comfortable The common area with pool, hot tub(large), and kiddie pool were great as well, and a 2 minute walk from the cottage... We hope to be back again next year!!

This was a great spot to use as a base point for our Maine adventures. Suzanne went the extra mile and was in great communication with us. We especially enjoyed breakfast in the adorable sun room! Wouldn't have changed thing.

Perfect little place!
The cottage is exactly as listed! Perfect size for who we had with is. My family(4 of us total) and my mother in law and her husband stayed at the cottage. Plenty of room for us all, the kids really enjoyed the games and sun room! We went to footbridge beach which was maybe a couple minute drive and a perfect place for the kids. Located near many food places/restaurants and the gokarts/arcade and mini golf were basically next door!

Communication with the host was great! The place was laid out as expected. My favorite feature was the 3-seasons room/sunroom. This extra space makes it very easy for 3-4 adults to comfortably enjoy the stay. I would love to go back in the summer when the pools are open!

What a great find. Convenient to everything
Great place. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Morning walks or runs, bike rides and the pool make for a relaxing time before or after the beach. Suzanne was very attentive to our needs and came up to meet us on departure. Will definitely stay there again.

Quaint and Perfectly Located
Had a wonderful stay here! From the reservation to the check-out, everything was great. The cottage is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located to enjoy everything. A short drive or bike ride will get you anywhere you want to be in the Wells, ME area. It was a perfect long weekend thanks to staying here and the host being so attentive and accommodating.

this cottage is very cosy, everything is here for cooking, the cottage is in a quiet place with a very nice porch ...its a village with several cottages, very friendly and with a nice swimming pool...suzanne was very nice and her responsiveness very appreciable when we arrive and didnt keys... every solved in few minutes...villages around are gorgeous.... i really recommend... florent&Isabelle new york...

Comfortable stay in relaxing resort
My family and I had an enjoyable stay at Suzanne’s cottage. Perfect for a family with plenty of room for the two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is a game room, very large community pool and basketball court for outdoor entertainment. Due to Covid, things are different this year, but it was nice to find some sense of normalcy and relaxation at this cottage. Suzanne was available anytime during our stay by phone or email if we needed anything.
