"The place is a bit run down but it looks like they are upgrading. The room was clean and perfect for a 1 night stay just passing through. They have grills to use as well as 2 fire pits, but you need to get your own wood. I'd stay there again."

"The room was very nice, clean well presented, everything worked as it should, my only complaint is not against the place we were its the loudness of kids being rude banging on stuff running up n down stairs at 10:30 at night which was very loud its the parents not showing respect for others next to them the buffet was ehh grab n go style, otherwise great location to wells beach and Marginal Way!"

"The property was beautiful and in a great location in wells. The resort is nearby the beach and shops. The room we stayed in lacked air conditioning in the bedrooms. The master bedroom on the main floor had no a/c in the bedroom. There was a portable a/c in the bedroom upstairs that was as loud as a vacuum cleaner. For that reason I would not return for another stay unless there was another unit with central air. Otherwise the kids loved the pools and fire pits."
