This is the perfect place for a large group! It was nice to have 2 living rooms to spread out in and a dining room table large enough to fit everyone! My family enjoyed the hot tub and many walks to the beach.

This house more than accommodated our family of 13 for Thanksgiving and an intimate wedding. The table was big enough to sit everyone for dinner and games. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and had a real coffee maker. The beach was a short walk and the area is really nice. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to the Wells area. Quick walk to the beach as well as a close drive to all the shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were super comfy! Thanks again!

The house is beautiful, lots of room for everyone to find a spot and relax. The hot tub was a nice added touch and enjoyed by all. Lots to see and do within miles of the house. We walked to the beach and enjoyed our time listening to the waves and looking for shells.
