"This was a great spot for our family (two adults and one infant). The condo community is very cute and was nice to walk around. Wells is a great central location! The listing hadn't said there was a laundry machine, but it was a pleasant surprise. The smart TVs also had some kind of pin/lock so we weren't able to use them with our accounts. Otherwise, this place was great, we would return!"

"Cute and cozy cottage, as advertized. There to greet us was a beautiful doe, looking straight into our eyes, about 25' in front of us. The cleanliness was way above a 10. Its well organized and the owners have thought of everything. We were so close to Kennebunk Port and Ogunquit and all the other things we wantrd to do. We had an outstanding time!"

"The grounds are beautiful. Pools and playground kept very clean. The property around the cottage was over grown and not kept that great. Bathroom and kitchen sink did not seem to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend this facility but would not rent this cottage again."

"This home was a perfect location for our family. It was in a quiet neighborhood and not far from anything. The only downfall is the downstairs bedroom only has access from outside. So in order for our teenagers to join the family in the main living room, they had to walk outside. This wasn’t fun when it rained. Other than that the house was super cute."

"Needed a night away with my husband. I booked a room here and it’s like a little mini condo. Had a sweet bedroom, bathroom and kitchen living room combo with recliners in the living room. Prices are extremely reasonable for a tourist area. The room was extremely clean and did not resemble hotels That I stay in. Highly recommended!!"
