"It had charm of an old english property. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently & centrally located and the Salamanca markets were easily within walking distance. It was close to the wraf too, so it was easy to catch the Catamaran to Mona. "

The decor of the front bedroom, with its beautiful curtains and 4-poster bed is delightful and comfortable and the room where one can have a glass of port (gratis) is charming. My only sadness was that the fabulous breakfasts provided by the previous owners was no longer available, but the self-service “continental” breakfast was perfectly adequate."

"We did enjoy the location and kitchen was great. Although We found that especially considering the pandemic at the moment, the cleanliness was terrible. Our ensuite had dirty toothpaste in the tootpaste holder, the shower walls hadnt been wiped down, hair brushes are not necessary in accommodation and really quite gross to see another persons hair in them. Dirty tea towels and kitchen cloth. The dishwasher wasnt unloaded by cleaning staff. We found the senor light in the wardrobe would come on...

"Perfect choice for an active and enquiring grand child. The hosts involved the children in the morning feeding schedule with the donkeys, alpacas, the goat Princess Mary and the long horn Highland cattle along with explaining interesting characteristics. A stroll with the dogs around the property on a crisp morning and visit the horses. There was plenty of space to run, specially made climbing equipment and inside activities at the barbecue hut. "Fantastic location. Easy walk to waterfront and city attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Room quiet despite being on a busy thoroughfare. Airport Skybus stops just out the front. Would have loved a coffee machine. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hobart."

"St. Ives is so quiet, beds are soooo comfy, staff great, it's clean, quiet and not overpriced and the shower is the best. There are plenty of mirrors in the apartment plus toaster, kettle, etc. Its on Point! Highly recommended 👌 "
