"Are room was cold and when I tried to warm it up the thermostat didn't work. They were having problem with the system I quess. They did bring portable heaters for the room. I also was disappointed that the breakfast didn't include biscuits and gravy one of my favorites when staying at Embassy suites. There was also a large line for the omelet station. I think you need 2 people working. I never wanted to stay in a line for the omelet too long."

"There were two EV chargers which is super helpful and everyone was mindful of the time limits. There is no business center despite there being a sign in the elevator listing a business center."

"The hotel itself is wonderful! Very clean, well maintained but the staff was not very hospitable at check-in. Zero eye contact, short one word responses, and just very unfriendly. I was far more kind and friendly to her than she was to us. I also called downstairs after checking in to ask for an extra blanket and had to call 7 hrs later to ask again because we didn’t receive it."

"The Hotel has a very unique layout and a Beautiful Art Gallery that sits in the middle of the Lobby! And the Hotel Staff, as well as the Spa Staff all receive 4 Stars!!! They were Absolutely AMAZING!!!!"
