Ground floor Full Bath, and 2 bedrooms, a queen in one, and one twin in the other. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, and programmable coffee maker. Large dining room and adjoining living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Cable TV (premium channels-HBO Showtime etc). Lovely sunroom with wicker furniture. Washer/Dryer, Gas grill, Fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Second floor has a half bath and the other two bedrooms.

Pets allowed with prior approval. Parking for 4 cars. Please no smoking. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
