"AC not cooling,they transfered us to another room but i realize i left something in the first room assigned so went to office at 9pm realizing No 24 hour front desk staff.i need the key to the room.i called the manager he said he cant comeback but he’ll come around 7 or 8am to attend my needs but office still closed at 10am.called him and said he’s coming in 5mins but came almost 11am. Was disappointed he wasted my time.."

"The room was a place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable enough, there was a fridge and a microwave in the room. The clerk was pleasant. It was a no frills stay and that’s fine for the price. Only thing that might bother some is the a/c was noisy. It didn’t bother me."

"WHAT a discovery! I loved my stay at Canalside -- the room was beautifully updated, but still had those historic squeaky wooden floors that remind everyone to be a little quieter (it worked!). "We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Front desk staff was very nice the room was clean and the mattress and pillow were super comfortable. The hotel itself had a very charming character. The only negative that I would mention is for whatever reason there was no soap for a shower. When we first came in, we couldnt find a TV remote controller, so we sent emails and called the property company many times, but we had to wait for so long since their response was taking so much. When they finally answered my call, I explained the situation, and they said the remote is broken so they ordered a new one, and it will be delivered in two days, but the thing is we are leaving here tomorrow.
