"Staff were excellent and friendly Room was comfortable but not room we payed for we payed extra for sea veiw room and our room overlooking the side street instead All the rooms were named after local towns on our booking form with yourself said double sea veiw appledore instead we were put in double room cathillie appledore room was front facing over sea I did point this out to staff but they disagreed said only booked double room but clearly states on room booked with you sea veiw appledore So was disappointed was looking forward to sea veiw room we had come dry own for a funeral and was looking forward to overlooking the sea "
